Nel (Japanese: エル El) is a character in Fire Emblem Engage, made available via downloadable content. She is a scion of the Fell Dragon from a parallel universe version of Elyos.

Nel was one of the many children Sombron fathered in an parallel Elyos. During the Fell Dragon War, she and her twin brother Nil defected from their father, met Alear, and sided with them in the ensuing conflict.
At the start of the Fell Xenologue, Nel and Nil summon Alear into their world and ask for their help, as all 3 venture into a quest where they recover the seven Emblem Bracelets to save their version of Elyos.

Nel is a playable unit during the Fell Xenologue, and is automatically recruited in the main story upon its completion.

Endings
Stoic Dragon Nel
Nel settled down to a quiet life in Lythos. She helped the new monarch on occasion, but largely kept to herself.
Not wanting to frighten the "little ones," she assumed her dragon form only in times of great need. Future generations knew her as a guardian dragon of Lythos.
Divine Dragon Alear & Stoic Dragon Nel
Alear became the new Divine Dragon Monarch. His/Her bonds with the rulers of each nation resulted in lasting peace.
Though occasionally stern, Nel's support for the new monarch was constant and full of love. She was known for generations as a guardian dragon of Lythos.
