“ | I'm Roy. I know I look young, but I'm leading the forces of Pherae on my father's behalf. I know that it's not very noble to point my blade at other fine members of royalty. But I'm afraid that we're all bound by contract. I hope you'll forgive me for what we must now do. | ” | — Roy |

World of Binding/Script
The Order of Heroes' next destination is the World of Binding, home of Roy. He welcomes the army, and asks them to forgive him for being forced to battle them. The Order defeats Roy, but it is not enough to break the contract. The following battles pit the Order against the armies of Clarine, Cecilia, Sophia, Raigh, Fae, Shanna, Fir, and Bartre.
Having overcome all challenges in their way, the army faces Roy once more. They defeat him again, this time breaking the contract. Roy thanks the Order for breaking the contract, and leaves with the hope that they will next meet as allies.
After the battle, Anna, Alfonse, and Sharena muse on the vastly different terrain features of the various worlds. They ask Kiran if any of the worlds they have encountered resemble their world of origin, but Kiran's description of a world with "cars" and "buildings that scrape the sky" is unfamiliar to the other members of the Order, who know of no gateway to such a world. Kiran wonders how they will be able to return home, if no gateway to their world exists, but Anna reassures them that, as a member of the Order of Heroes, Askr is their new home.
