Thunder's Fist

“ | Sir Reinhardt... His reputation precedes him. All say he is an adept of the battlefield... Some even say he is no less than the crusader Thrud reborn. | ” | — Leif |
---|
Thunder's Fist is the first edition of Fire Emblem Heroes's Tempest Trials+ and the thirteenth overall installment of the game's Tempest story. This trial ran from April 21, 2018 through May 1, 2018. It was available in seven difficulty, level, and battle number combinations, three Normal difficulty options (all with three battles each, but with varying enemy levels), two Hard difficulty options (four and five battles each), and two Lunatic difficulty options (five and seven battles each).
The second and third maps of paralogue 2, the maps of paralogue 13, and the final map from the fifth Tempest Trials are available for random selection in the first two, three, four, or six battles, depending on difficulty and player's preference, preceding the final battle, which takes place on a fixed map. The usage of a past Tempest Trials map in this fashion marks the first re-use of a final map of a Tempest Trials in the history of the game, as no part of the Tempest storyline had yet been rerun by the point of the debut of this trial.

“ | To walk the path of the warrior, to live the life of a king...I can't do both in the time I have. It takes years--no, decades--of focused effort to excel at something. But even then, you have just begun. If you could continue to hone your skills for hundreds or thousands of years...You could maybe really achieve something. | ” | — Ephraim |
