Winter's Envoy (Japanese: 冬祭りの使者 Messengers of the Winter Festival) is the sixteenth available paralogue chapter of Fire Emblem Heroes, and the first one introduced during the game's Book II era.

Trivia

• Winter's Envoy, or a similarly-themed paralogue, may have been originally planned to be released as one of the first paralogues with special variant heroes, and possibly one of the first paralogues added to the game overall, back when the game's initial launch was still slated for a fall 2016 release. This is evidenced by artwork related to winter-themed variants of male Robin and Tharja, like those introduced here, being found in the game's launch-day assets in a folder bearing Ninian's name; those versions of the artwork in question were gone from the game assets no later than the Blazing Shadows update, the update where Ninian was added to the game.
• This chapter is the first narrative chapter in Heroes not to include any infantry units.
