Yewfelle (イチイバル Ichii-bal) is the bow once wielded by Ulir of the Twelve Crusaders, bestowed upon him at the Miracle of Darna after his blood-bond with a dragon. The bow is the property of Ulir's descendants, the heirs of the Jungby dukedom of Grannvale, and can only be wielded by those in possession of major Ulir Holy Blood.
History
When Jungby's Lord Ring, the owner of the bow, departed for the war in Isaach, he was persuaded by his daughter Adean to leave Yewfelle behind so that she could have it on hand in case she found her missing major-blooded sister, Briggid. The two did indeed eventually meet, to the north of Agustria as an amnesiac Briggid flees her former subordinates, the Orgahil pirates. Briggid was initially disbelieving of Adean's claims as to her identity, so Adean gave her the Ichii-bal to use as a test. Drawing the bow reawakened Briggid's lost memories, and she joined Adean in Sigurd's forces and continued to use the Yewfelle for the rest of her time with them.
After the Battle of Belhalla, the Yewfelle was inherited by Briggid's son Faval, who eventually came to be employed as a mercenary by Bloom until his sister Patty convinced him to leave Bloom's employ and join Seliph's liberation army.
Millennia later, Yewfelle came into the possession of the Grimleal, and was given to its reincarnation of the Deadlord Fünf. By this point, the bow is no longer sealed to the Ulir bloodline and is capable of being used by any archer of reasonable skill.
