Fotla (Japanese: フェトラ Fetla) was a Friegian Wind Mage under command of Ishtar. She was commanded along with Eriu and Banba to defeat Seliph's army. After their failure to defend Leonster and Ulster, they were given another chance by King Bloom to help defend the rest of the Munster District and reclaim Leonster and Ulster; however, this time, they were killed.
