Gecko is a leader of an unidentifiable group of bandits and the boss of paralogue 5 of Fire Emblem Awakening. Gecko and his band raid a hamlet on a peninsula in eastern Valm seeking a treasure, and Gecko isn't beyond killing villagers if it furthers his ambitions. Gecko assigns his men to kill a maiden who refused to reveal information on any treasure; they were stopped, however, when Owain arrived on the scene and took on a small number of bandits. No sooner was the maiden saved than Chrom and the Shepherds arrive on the scene. Gecko asks his remaining men to ignore Owain and continue searching for treasure, but is eventually defeated by Chrom and the Shepherds. It is never known exactly what kind of treasure Gecko was seeking.
