Coirpre (Japanese: コープル Corpul) is the adoptive son of the Thracian general Hannibal, biologically one of the two children of the dancer Silvia, and a distant relative of the Edda nobility of Grannvale. He and his sister, Lene, were left at an orphanage in Darna in his infancy by Silvia, and Hannibal subsequently adopted him.[1] Trained as a priest of the Church of Bragi, he influenced Hannibal to defect and ally with Seliph's liberation army.
If Silvia was not married in the course of the first generation, Coirpre's role is filled by Charlot.

When Seliph conquered Luthecia, Coirpre was freed and warned Seliph of Hannibal's plight. He joined Seliph's army and convinced Hannibal to stand down and accompany him.
