Gangrel (ギャンレル, Gyanreru) is an antagonist, and later playable character, in Fire Emblem Awakening. He is the king of the nation of Plegia, located to the west of Ylisse. Gangrel takes delight in deceiving others. He is additionally a cruel leader and is easily distracted. His subordinate is Aversa of the Grimleal.
