Barigan (Japanese: バリガン Baligant) was one of the Eight Legends of Elibe who fought in the Scouring. He and Hanon the Horsewoman are the least known about among the Eight Legends. What is known about him is that he wielded the freezing lance, Maltet, and after the Scouring, he founded the nation of Ilia.
