“ | We've all heard that the knights of Pherae have vanished, right? Well, your misfortune is my good luck! I have an announcement to make! As of now, this village is mine! Groznyi is your new liege! Now bring every last piece of gold, down to the smallest fleck! | ” | — Groznyi |

Groznyi (Japanese: グロズヌイ) is the leader of a group of bandits taking advantage of the disappearance of a number of Pheraean knights (along with their marquess) to attempt to seize control of a village in Pherae, and the boss of chapter 11 of Eliwood's tale of Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade. Groznyi arrived in the area hoping to take advantage of the disappearance of the knights, proclaiming himself as the new leader of a village and demanding the villagers turn over every single piece of gold they have, no matter how small. He had the misfortune of doing so right as Eliwood and two of the remaining knights, summoned by the daughter of the village's magistrate and joined by a seasoned tactician, arrive in the area embarking on their journey, defeating Groznyi and his band and saving the village in the process.
