...Very well. Then this is our last mission. If we are to die, then the Lycian Army shall fall along with us! Prepare the Heavenly Arrows!
— Windham

Windham (Japanese: ウィンダム Windham) is a turncoat bishop opposing the Elimine Church on Roartz's orders, and the boss of Chapter 16x of Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade. Windham, having been left behind by Roartz in the tower where Aureola has been enshrined, takes his band and makes their last stand against Roy and his army seeking Aureola for themselves, with Windham's band making use of the tower's Heavenly Arrow traps in the process, but still ending up defeated.
