Fire Emblem Fates
Role
Candace is a minor boss appearing in Paralogue 6. During the events of the paralogue, Midori is in search of Dragon Herbs for her father Kaze, Candace appears and steals the herbs. Midori rushes off to recover her herbs and Kaze and the rest of the player's army follows to help Midori.

Starting stats and growth rates
This section has been marked as a stub. Please help improve the page by adding information.
- As Candace appears in an environment where her level, stats, and weapon ranks scale according to the player's progress, the presented stats may vary from shown here. The figure to the left of a + or ~ (or not listed with anything, if that stat is known to not scale in that environment) correspond to a chapter 9 playthrough, the earliest possible point where she can be encountered in Revelation (she cannot be encountered in Conquest until having reached at least chapter 12, and cannot be encountered in Birthright until having reached at least chapter 16).
- Normal difficulty: The stats with two values separated by a ~ denote a range; the figure to the right of the ~ corresponds to a chapter 24 playthrough, the point where this boss hits level 20 and stops scaling from there.
- Hard/Lunatic: Stats with a + may be higher the further along one of the main story paths the player is.

Trivia
- Presumably due to the development team neglecting to make more models with her body type, Candace is incapable of reclassing and wearing the Bath Towel accessory. If she is hacked[3] into other classes, Candace reuses her Adventurer model for them.
- Candace possesses a critical cut-in portrait, a trait shared with Nichol, and lacked by bosses that could be considered much more significant, like Iago and Hans. Additionally, her name is located among the names of characters that can exclusively marry Corrin[4] suggesting she had a more significant role before becoming a paralogue boss.

Candace |
From the hereditary title of the queens of Ethiopia, as mentioned in Acts in the New Testament. It is apparently derived from Cushitic kdke meaning "queen mother". In some versions of the Bible it is spelled Kandake, reflecting the Greek spelling Κανδακη.[5] |
