A Lost Peace (Japanese: 失われた楽園 A Lost Paradise) is the thirteenth chapter of the Revelation campaign in Fire Emblem Fates. In this chapter, Corrin and his/her army arrive in the ruined port town of Cyrkensia to find Ryoma and Xander blaming each other for causing carnage neither are responsible for. It is up to Corrin's army to stop the pointless bickering as well as fight back the ones actually responsible for the carnage.

Upon arrival in Cyrkensia, a city in the kingdom of Nestra, and noticing it ruined, Camilla asks what happened to the city; Corrin states that Cyrneksia appears to be a war zone, to which Camilla states that Cyrkensia has never been a target before, with Corrin deducing that things may have changed while his/her army was in Hoshido. As Corrin hears an approach, Camilla spots two injured figures; cutting over to them, we find that the figures are a kitsune and a wolfskin. The kitsune, Kaden, asks the group to run away, while the wolfskin, Keaton, reveals it's not safe in the area; Sakura notices their tails, while Camilla deduces that they've been injured and asks Sakura if she can tend to them, to which she promptly does so. Upon being healed, Keaton states that he feels like a whole new person while Kaden thanks Sakura and vows to repay her someday; Azura asks them how they got hurt and if they fought in a battle in the area, to which Kaden states that he and Keaton were only in the area to visit and that they only arrived a short time earlier yet things have appeared strange the entire time; Kaden reveals that the town simply began falling apart as a result of something other than fighting, something Azura states to be impossible, to which Keaton reaffirms Kaden's statement and that they both tried to reinforce things yet they were attacked by invisible forces when they started to try to help. As Azura starts to deduce who the invisible forces are, Takumi tells everyone that they have to get moving--Ryoma and Xander are fighting on the outskirts of town, to which Corrin states that they need to stop them; Keaton asks the army if they're aligned with either Hoshido or Nohr, then looking them over deduces that they're somehow allied with both of them however unlikely it would be, to which Corrin states that his/her forces do comprise of people from both Hoshido and Nohr but they're not allied with either country and that they're merely trying to end the war. Keaton then asks if he and Kaden could join their cause, to which Corrin states that their cause is incredibly dangerous; as Keaton and Kaden reaffirm their desire to help, Corrin accepts, after which Corrin, Kaden, and Keaton introduce themselves, after which Corrin calls his/her forces into action.
Upon arriving at the outskirts of town, Corrin asks Ryoma and Xander to stop fighting, but Ryoma refuses stating that Nestra was neutral until Nohr decided to attack and that he'll defeat the Nohrian invaders if it's the last thing he does; Xander states that Ryoma is lying, that it was Hoshido that invaded Nestra and that he won't forgive Ryoma for ruining Cyrkensia. As Corrin deduces that Ryoma and Xander are blaming each other for ruining Cyrkensia, Azura states that kingdoms at war are liable to twist their views to benefit themselves, yet both of them could be right in this instance; Azura reiterates what Kaden and Keaton stated about Cyrkensia seemingly falling apart on its own, something nobody would normally believe yet they've had firsthand experience fighting such invisible forces--Ryoma and Xander can't see this, they can only blame each other, then notices some of the invisible forces and asks Corrin if he/she can see them, to which Corrin starts to confirm but ends up interrupted. As Ryoma and Xander continue arguing, Corrin states that the invisible forces are responsible for destroying Cyrkensia and asks Ryoma and Xander if they can see them, pointing them out as Ryoma and Xander both claim to not be able to see them; Corrin calls the army into action and states that they'll need to take on the invisible warriors yet not go easy on either Ryoma or Xander should they attempt to interfere. Preparations take place at this point; the battle begins once preparations are finished.
Once the battle ends, Xander and Ryoma vow to continue their fight down to their very last men, to which Azura notes that they're still at each other's throats even though the invisible forces have been defeated; Corrin states that they've defated the real enemy that destroyed Cyrkensia and asks Ryoma and Xander to listen as they don't need to fight each other now, only for Xander and Ryoma to vow to continue hostilities until the war is won, prompting Azura to take action by singing Lost in Thoughts All Alone to calm Xander and Ryoma down. Azura states that her songs have special power yet using it exhausts her, and that she wanted to avoid doing so in this situation but couldn't help it; Azura then again explains that it was the invisible forces that destroyed Cyrkensia and not either Nohr or Hoshido, and that she won't allow any more senseless violence and states that she is willing to sing as many times as necessary to restore peace, with Ryoma and Xander not having the will to continue fighting.
Corrin approaches Xander and asks him to come to the Bottomless Canyon when the skies change above Hoshido and Nohr, to which Xander deduces is probably a Hoshidan trap; Corrin vows to reveal the truth at that time and location and that he/she wants to be able to fight alongside Xander to save the world, only for Xander to tell Corrin that he/she abandoned the family that raised him/her and that he has no reason to trust him/her. Corrin then asks Xander what he knows of the dragon Izana told him/her about, only for Xander to refuse to answer and flees the scene with Laslow and Peri at his side; Camilla states that Xander will eventually come around and that she and Corrin should believe in him as well, to which Corrin tells Camilla he/she hopes she's right.
Ryoma states that Azura and the others have informed him about Corrin's intentions, to which Corrin confirms yet states that he/she cannot reveal more about them at this time and location; as Ryoma tries to piece together whether he should trust Corrin, Scarlet introduces herself and states that she met Ryoma in Cheve and accompanied him to Cyrkensia upon hearing of its destruction, proceeding to dismiss Corrin's intentions as nonsense, at one point joking about joining Corrin's cause based on the look in his/her eyes being similar to Ryoma's. Scarlet then states that she's about to head to Castle Shirasagi and that she'll give Ryoma a talking-to en route; Sakura deduces that Ryoma's not his normal self around Scarlet, to which Takumi asks Ryoma not to act embarrassing in front of Hinoka, who's waiting for everyone back home. As Ryoma asks Sakura and Takumi to take care of themselves, Corrin asks Ryoma what he knows of the dragon Izana told him/her about, only for Ryoma to state that he knows nothing, then suggests that Corrin meet the Rainbow Sage over at Notre Sagesse; Camilla explains to Corrin who the Rainbow Sage is and states that only four people have been known to visit him--Sumeragi, Garon, an unknown knight, and Xander--after which Corrin mulls over Xander knowing knowledge and withholding it from Corrin, then suggests that the army go pay the Rainbow Sage a visit.
Summary
Corrin's group manages to beat back the Ice Tribe attack, gaining Camilla as an ally in the process. They then arrive in the port town of Cyrkensia.
