The Wind Tribe (Japanese: 風の部族 Wind Tribe) is a nation of Hoshido located north of the duchy of Izumo and south of Fort Jinya. Its ruled by an elected chieftain, a trait shared with the Flame Tribe in Hoshido and Ice Tribe in Nohr. Fuga is the cheftain during the events of Fire Emblem Fates.
The tribe is located in the desert where strong winds are harshly blowing.

The Eternal Stairway
The Eternal Stairway (Japanese: 黄泉の階段) is a location in Hoshido.
In Birthright and Revelation, while en route to Izumo, Corrin and his/her army get into a skirmish along the Eternal Stairway against Wind Tribalists disguised as Faceless by Iago and have to fight their way to convince Fuga about their true intentions.
In Conquest, Corrin and his/her army navigate the Eternal Stairway on their approach to the Hoshidan capital, and must fight a horde of a seemingly never-ending stream of monsters sent by Iago which ultimately lead to the sacrifice of Lilith in order to protect Corrin from a deadly blow.
