Gift of Ganglari/Script
In the Nohrian capital, Corrin meets the Nohrian king, Garon. The king gifts Corrin with a sword called Ganglari and asks them to execute a group of Hoshidan prisoners, which includes Kaze and Rinkah. Gunter and Felicia/Jakob join Corrin in the skirmish against said prisoners, but once they are defeated, Corrin refuses to execute them. Leo ends up "executing" the prisoners in Corrin's stead, but later reveals he only weakened them, and the Nohrian siblings let the captives go in secret.

Strategy
This section details unofficial strategies that may help with completion of the chapter. This may not work for everybody. |
On Normal or Hard difficulty, Corrin should trigger the Dragon Vein straight away, to reveal the shelter area, then move all units inside. Felicia/Jakob, having access to ranged attacks, should move to the center (this will also allow her/him to join the other units in Tag Team), with Gunter and Corrin to the left and right respectively (it may be preferable to place Gunter in the center, so he does not claim too many kills). Wait in the sheltered area for the enemy to approach. Corrin should be able to hold his/her own on the right side, while Gunter will be able to weaken the enemies on the left enough for Felicia/Jakob to finish them off. On turn 3 in Lunatic mode, you may need to move Gunter one space to the left (just outside the healtile area), as Felicia/Jakob will be unable to survive attacks from both Kaze and Rinkah. This should not be an issue on lower difficulties, thanks to the lack of ranged weapons in the enemies' hands. Try to keep your units adjacent to each other as often as is possible without leaving Felicia/Jakob in danger, so as to get the most out of the Tag Team system. Only use Gunter to kill enemies if necessary (on Lunatic, you may need him to defeat the Kodachi-wielding Samurai), as Corrin and Felicia/Jakob will need the experience more (especially if intending to side with Hoshido).
On Lunatic difficulty, fighting both enemy groups at once becomes infeasible, even considering Demoiselle/Gentilhomme and the healing from the Dragon Vein. Instead, you should send all your units to the left side. Use Gunter to tank an attack from Rinkah's group, then move in with Corrin and their servant, taking advantage of Felicia's Demoiselle or Jakob's Gentilhomme to reduce the damage Corrin takes. Be careful if using male Corrin, as Rinkah can kill Felicia in one hit if Fiery Blood is activated. By the time you dispatch Rinkah's group, Kaze's group should have reached your starting position. Use the same baiting technique used against Rinkah's group, and finish them off. Corrin appreciates the experience most, but don't be shy about using your other units to kill things.
