===Castle Kapathogia===
===Castle Luthecia===
If you want to recruit [[Coirpre]]/[[Charlot]] and Hannibal, you need to both avoid seizing Kapathogia for the time being and keep Hannibal alive, so that you can skip straight to seizing Luthecia, the castle where the former is being kept in. While it may seem like a daunting task at first glance, seeing how the Kapatogia army is directly in the way of the most straightforward route to Luthecia, there is a northern pass through the mountains where you can easily skip past the Kapathogia army, with your only opposition before reaching the castle being three enemy [[Hero]]es and a [[Brigand]]. After seizing Castle Luthecia, Coirpre/Charlot will join your army, provided that Hannibal is still alive.

For Whose Sake (Japanese: 誰がために For Whose Sake) is the ninth chapter of Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War and the fourth chapter of the second generation.
Plot
- Main article:
For Whose Sake/Script
Travant prepares to meet Seliph's forces in Thracia while making plans to reconquer the north. He sends his adoptive daughter Altena to reconquer Meath, even though she protests against the war, and sends in General Hannibal to support her, even though he protests as well. To ensure Hannibal's loyalty, Travant takes custody of his son – Coirpre/Charlot – and leaves him in Luthecia, with the intent to kill him if Hannibal betrays him.
Despite all precautions on Travant's part, Seliph storms through Thracia. Along the way, he may recruit Altena, Coirpre/Charlot, and Hannibal. After Travant loses his commanders one by one, he gives Arion the Gungnir and charges into the fray himself, which ends with his death. Arion makes a last stand at Thracia Castle, but he too is defeated – although not killed – and Seliph seizes the castle, ending this regional conflict.

Castle Kapathogia
Castle Luthecia
If you want to recruit Coirpre/Charlot and Hannibal, you need to both avoid seizing Kapathogia for the time being and keep Hannibal alive, so that you can skip straight to seizing Luthecia, the castle where the former is being kept in. While it may seem like a daunting task at first glance, seeing how the Kapatogia army is directly in the way of the most straightforward route to Luthecia, there is a northern pass through the mountains where you can easily skip past the Kapathogia army, with your only opposition before reaching the castle being three enemy Heroes and a Brigand. After seizing Castle Luthecia, Coirpre/Charlot will join your army, provided that Hannibal is still alive.
Castle Grutia
Castle Thracia

- This is the only chapter in Genealogy of the Holy War, as well as the Fire Emblem series, to feature Killer Ballista units.
