Luck (Japanese: 幸運 good luck), abbreviated Lck from Path of Radiance onward and Luk in Genealogy of the Holy War and Thracia 776, is a character stat from all games in the FES. It determines the unit's hit percentage on an enemy, and also decreases the enemy unit's critical hit chance. Some items and weapons can increase the luck rate by a certain amount of points.

In TMSFE, luck functions differently than other stats. Instead of being a stat that increases during level ups, it is a stat that has five levels: Poor, Weak, Norm, Good, and High. This can be increased or decreased depending on circumstances. For example, a character's luck may be raised if a drink is purchased from a vending machine.

Hit rate
From Thracia 776 onwards except Echoes: Shadows of Valentia, Luck became the secondary unit stat to affect the unit's hit rate in battle.
Hit calculations
Critical hit rate
A unit's critical hit % chance is the chance the unit will land a critical hit. In the early games, Luck was one of the factors involved in increasing a unit's critical hit rate, though the potency of skill's effect on crit varies by game.
Crit calculations
Avoid
Luck is one of the primary unit stat to effect the unit's avoid in battle most notably the magical avoid.
Avo calculations
Dodge
Luck is the primary unit stat to effect the unit's dodge in battle.

Trivia
Trivia
* In the original, FE3, most enemy units have a "-" symbol for their luck stat. This is functionally identical to 0 luck in most cases, but prevents the Devil Axe and Sword from backfiring on the wielder.

Luck (Japanese: 幸運 good luck), abbreviated Lck from Path of Radiance onward and Luk in Genealogy of the Holy War and Thracia 776, is a character stat from all games in the Fire Emblem series. It determines the unit's hit percentage on an enemy, and also decreases the enemy unit's critical hit chance. Some items and weapons can increase the luck rate by a certain amount of points.

In Tokyo Mirage Sessions ♯FE, luck functions differently than other stats. Instead of being a stat that increases during level ups, it is a stat that has five levels: Poor, Weak, Norm, Good, and High. This can be increased or decreased depending on circumstances. For example, a character's luck may be raised if a drink is purchased from a vending machine.
