The Master Ninja (Japanese: 上忍 Jounin) is an advanced infantry class exclusive to Fire Emblem Fates. It is a Hoshido-aligned class and one of the two potential promotions of the Ninja. It greatly resembles the Assassin of prior games and plays a similar role as a swift killer with high skill and speed which, despite its frailty and sub-par strength, has a chance to instantly kill its opponents with the Lethality skill. Master Ninjas supplement their existing skill in shuriken with skill in the katana.

Trivia
- The Master Ninja is the only class in all of Fates capable of getting an S rank in an offensive weapon type capable of wielding a second weapon type. While the Butler and Maid also wield a second weapon type in addition to a weapon type they can S-rank, their S-rankable weapon type is the non-offensive staff. They are also the only class that can learn a "faire" skill that can also wield a secondary offensive weapon type.
