The Blue Lion House (Japanese:
History: Class of 1180
Since the beginning of the year, multiple students residing in the Holy Kingdom of Faerghus enroll into the monastery and join the Blue Lion House, studying and fighting along the way. Depending on the player's choices, Byleth can potentially become the house's teacher.
On the Azure Moon route, all previous students of the house sans Dedue—who might rejoin later if his paralogue was completed during Part I—will reunite with their teacher in 1185 on the day of the millennium festival and accompany them throughout the war against the Adrestian Empire. Likewise, save for Ashe on Silver Snow and Verdant Wind, the recruited members will join Byleth's chosen faction on the other routes if they were recruited during Part I, with some members potentially renouncing their noble titles in the process on the Crimson Flower route.
If not recruited on the Silver Snow and Verdant Wind routes, most members will remain at Dimitri's side and will fight alongside him in the Battle at Gronder sans Ashe (who defects to the Empire after joining the Faerghus Dukedom) and Annette; Dedue always survives the struggle and makes his way to Enbarr to claim Edelgard's head in his liege's stead. On the Crimson Flower route, all previous members of the house remain at their King's side and protect the Kingdom from the Black Eagle Strike Force, but all are slain in battle except (optionally) Ashe and Annette.
