Ladislava is a non-playable character appearing in Fire Emblem: Three Houses. She is the commander of Edelgard's personal guard and a general in the Adrestian army.
Ladislava is the captain of Edelgard's personal guards, and fights in the Battle of Garreg Mach on Adrestia's side. Over the course of the next five years, she rises to the rank of general in the Adrestian army. On the Crimson Flower route, when Byleth returns from their five-year coma, Ladislava maintains order in the captured Goneril territories while the bulk of the army invades Derdriu. Afterwards, when the Knights of Seiros attack Garreg Mach Monastery in an attempt to recapture it, Ladislava is killed defending the monastery from forces led by Rhea and Catherine. On all other routes, Ladislava is assigned to defend the Great Bridge of Myrddin along with non-recruited Ferdinand and Lorenz. She engages Byleth's forces in battle to defend the bridge, but fails in her mission and is slain in battle.
Ladislava is an NPC ally in one chapter on the Crimson Flower route and an enemy in two chapters on all other routes. On the Crimson Flower route, from Chapter 12 to her plot-mandated death at the end of Chapter 15 she can be interacted with at the player's home base.

Personality and character
Ladislava is a humble woman and a loyal Adrestian soldier. She is deeply grateful to Edelgard, and will fight to the death for her.
