- Caduceus along with Asclepius, Thyrsus and Tathlum are the first weapons to debut in the Fire Emblem series as Carnages in Tokyo Mirage Sessions ♯FE and later reappear in another game in the series when it reappeared in Three Houses. Interestingly, with the exception of Tathlum, all rod Carnages associated with Kiria Kurono in Tokyo Mirage Sessions and appear as staves in Three Houses.
- It is also the first weapon to debut as a Tokyo Mirage Sessions Carnage to appear as a weapon skill in Heroes, and the first staff to originate in a game other than Heroes itself to appear as a staff skill in Heroes as opposed to as an assist skill.
