Zagan (Japanese: ザガン ) is the leader of a group of bandits sent by the Black Fang after Eliwood upon arriving in Santaruz and the boss of chapter 12 of Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade. Zagan initially approaches Eliwood's army pretending to be a poor villager, only to have his ruse quickly seen through by Marcus; once his guise is blown, he calls out his bandits and asks them to earn their keep; thanks to help from Ostia, Zagan and his group end up defeated.
