Iote (Japanese: アイオテ Iote) was the first king of Macedon. During the War of Liberation, he was but one of many slaves of the Dolhr Empire, dispatched to the untamed forests of Dolhr's southern reaches. In time, Iote and some of his fellow slaves escaped captivity, learned to tame and ride the wild wyverns of the region, and commenced a rebellion against Dolhr.
