Personality
As a minor boss, Gomer's characterization is limited, but things can be seen about his personality. Despite being a mere pirate captain, Gomer was able to take over the entire town of Galder and ruled the town with an iron fist.[1] Gomer was confident in his ability to take out Altea's knights personally.
