Anri's Way (Japanese: アンリの道 Anri's Path) is a term to refer to several locations in the northern uninhabited reaches of the Archanean continent. It is inhabited mostly by barbarians and degenerated dragons. Anri's Way features primarily in Fire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem book 2 and Fire Emblem: New Mystery of the Emblem as one of the obstacles Marth must overcome.
In the era of Ylisse, Regna Ferox is a kingdom founded on the lands of Anri's Way.

Timeline of Archanea, Valentia, and Jugdral
The Anri Saga
During the War of Liberation Anri, under Gotoh's guidance,[1] traveled the northern regions of Archanea in search of Falchion. He first crossed the Mamorthod Desert, and encountered its wyverns and desert tribes. Anri was also able to see the abandoned city of Thabes in the distance, though he did not approach it.[2] After crossing the desert Anri traveled through the Flame Barrel, finally arriving in the icy northeastern reaches of Archanea. There he arrived at the temple of the ice dragon and was able to claim Falchion.
The War of Heroes
During the War of Heroes Marth retraced Anri's path to the ice dragon temple, going first through the Mamorthod Desert, then the Flame Barrel, and finally arriving at the temple of the ice dragon. Marth's goal was somewhat different than Anri's; with Marth being in search of the Lightsphere to save Hardin from being corrupted by the Darksphere.
Upon arriving at the ice dragon's temple, Marth is surprised to find that Gotoh was not alone, also present was Tiki, whom was in a deep sleep to prevent her degeneration. Gotoh, pleased that Marth has recovered the Star Shards repairs the Starsphere and allows Tiki to awaken. With the Starsphere intact, the Fire Emblem could be restored once more, allowing the remaining manaketes, Tiki included, to be free of degeneration.
Era of Ylisse
Following the millennia after the War of Heroes, Regna Ferox would be founded on the lands known collectively as Anri's Way. The founding of Ferox may originate from Furia Harbor, which existed during the time of the War of Shadows and the War of Heroes.
Notable locations in Anri's Way
Mamorthod Desert
The Mamorthod Desert (Japanese: マーモトード Marmotord), also known as the Desert of Death is located in the northwest and was the first stop on Anri's journey. Dragons roam the sands here, with wild wyverns being one of the more populous degenerated tribes in this location. A desert tribe made up of barbarians and berserkers also live in Mamorthod.

Thabes Labyrinth, as its name suggests, is a sprawling Labyrinth located below the city. Forneus's workshop is located within.
Flame Barrel
The Flame Barrel (Japanese: フレイムバレル Flame Barrel), also known as the Graveyard of Fire Dragons is the next stop Anri made on his travels. Degenerated fire dragons gather here when they sense their deaths are near.[3]
Some of the human tribes living around the Flame Barrel have managed to train the degenerated fire dragons; though they are still dangerous to outsiders.[4]
Ice Dragon Temple
The Ice Dragon Temple (Japanese: 氷竜神殿 ice dragon temple) is the final destination in Anri's Way, located high in the northeastern mountains of Archanea. As its name suggests, this region is the primary dwelling of what is left of the ice dragons. Here, Gotoh gave Falchion to Anri. The temple was also the resting place of Tiki during her long slumber.
During the War of Heroes, Marth was able to wake Tiki from her slumber due to the imminent repair of the Fire Emblem meaning that her degeneration was no longer a threat after Marth's recovery of the Star Shards.
