Xemcel (Japanese: ゼムセル Zemcel) is a Dolhrian manakete captain and the boss of chapter 24 of Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon & the Blade of Light and its remakes, Mystery of the Emblem Book 1 (where it is chapter 19) and Shadow Dragon. Xemcel and his band of humans and manaketes alike were tasked of keeping the Archanean League away from Medeus at all costs, but would ultimately fail. Except for an extreme situation in Shadow Dragon, Xemcel is the last major obstacle for the Archanean League prior to Medeus himself.

• Despite Xemcel's Skill and Speed displaying his class stat caps of 20 on H-5 difficulty, his actual stats are 25 in both cases. This can be deduced by observing his hit and avoid; he would have 106 hit and 19 avoid if his stats were what is displayed, yet he actually possesses 111 hit and 24 avoid.
