Analysis
This character analysis section may not be accurate to every player's experience. |
Conomor can be summarized as a combat-oriented promoted unit who joins late. His base stats are sufficient to fight enemies from the moment he joins, and he has excellent weapon ranks. While mounted outdoors, Conomor can use A-rank lances, and while dismounted indoors, he can use A-rank swords. He also has Accost, letting him start an extra round of combat when he fights enemies slower than him and with lower HP. However, Conomor's low magic holds him back. Lategame chapters of Thracia 776 feature many enemy magic users, and Conomor fares very poorly against them. Not only does he take considerable amounts of damage from their attacks, but he also easily falls prey to status staves. This can make him riskier to use than he appears.
To Conomor’s credit, while his FCM is only 2, he has an action star and an authority star. The former gives him a 5% chance to move again after he completes a turn. The latter makes Conomor increase all allied units’ hit and avoid by 3% if he is alive and on the map. As such, even when he is not fighting, he is contributing. While he compares poorly to someone like Amalda, who has significant utility outside of combat, he is a decent unit in his own right.
