Rumei (Japanese: ルーメイ Rumei) is a boss appearing in Chapter 8 of Fire Emblem: Thracia 776. He is a member of the Thracian Dragon Knights who needs money to support his family, and has been hired by Gomez to assist in defending Dagdar's mansion on Mount Violdrake.
Capturing and holding, not releasing, him until the end of the chapter is the requirement for reaching Chapter 8x. On turn 16 he will mount his wyvern, making it impossible to capture him and proceed to Chapter 8x.
Fire Emblem: Thracia 776
Role
Rumei appears in Chapter 8 on the payroll of Gomez. Gomez hired him to keep anyone from intruding into Dagdar's mansion so he could kill Dagdar and Tanya. Rumei has no personal investment in the matter, though he is aware of Gomez's plans.
Rumei is either captured or killed by Leif's forces. If Leif captures him they discuss what is going on, and Rumei tells Leif about Gomez. Leif then allows Rumei to leave so he can support his family.
