Personality and character
Colm is quite harsh and mocking, shown in his conversations with Neimi. However, he does care for her, and may be only trying to get Neimi to be less sensitive. Often he only thinks about himself, but other times he can be very chivalrous. He is young, probably around the same age as Neimi, but still is a skilled thief. In his B support with Kyle, it is shown that he hates studying.
Originally he came from a village called Lark, but it was burnt down by Bazba's Bandits. As he and Neimi had nowhere to go, he joined Eirika's army. He may have feelings for Neimi, and they can marry and have two children if they receive an A support level. In his B support conversation with Rennac, he states that his father made he and his brothers work hard. In his C support with Kyle, he says his mother used to make a remedy for freckles and insomnia.

Endings
Colm, Good-Natured Thief
He politely refused an invitation to become a spy for Renais, returning instead to his hometown. He spent the rest of his days as a chivalrous rogue helping those in need from the shadows.
Colm and Neimi
The childhood friends became lovers first, then husband and wife. Worried for Neimi's well-being, Colm gave up his adventurer's ways. Neimi passed on her grandfather's skill in archery to her own son and daughter.
Etymology
"Colm" is an Irish name meaning "dove", usually named in honor of Saint Colm Cille.
