Devias (デビアス, Debiasu) is the boss of the seventh chapter of Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade. He is an Ostian lieutenant who works for Leygance, and one of the heads of the rebellion against Hector.

When the remnants of the Lycian Army reach the city, Leygance leaves the castle gates to Devias, whose only hope lies in the incoming reinforcements from Bern. Despite being doubtful about the situation and Leygance's little trust in him, Devias is absolutely loyal to his general, which costs him his life.
