— Flaer, to Narcian

Flaer (Japanese: フレアー ) is a general of Bern leading a group of Etrurian revolutionaries against loyalists to King Mordred, and the boss of chapter 13 of Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade. Initially assigned to take out Roy and his army during the battle in Juteaux, Flaer opted to put a dragon in charge of the operation and flee that scene to return to Etruria; as his luck would have it, Flaer's next assignment had him travel to the Missur peninsula and right into Roy's army's path. Flaer proved to be able to be overcome as an obstacle between Roy's army and Arcadia, and ended up defeated.
