Strategy
This section details unofficial strategies that may help with completion of the chapter. This may not work for everybody. |
Gaiden
In Gaiden, this map is very simple, and very easy. The map has no particular features, just move the player units forward an they will engage the enemy on the enemy phase. Just make sure the player units are not surrounded and there should be no issues.
Echoes: Shadows of Valentia
In Echoes: Shadows of Valentia, your goal is to take out the Brigand Boss as fast as possible while ensuring Kliff and Faye level up once each. On turn 1, move Alm up four spaces - he should be packing the Iron Sword you got earlier in the dungeon. Move Kliff up four spaces as well, and put Gray right below him. Tobin should move up three. Lukas and Faye's moves depend on whether or not Faye gained Speed in the last map. If she got Speed, move Lukas up two and right two, and move Faye right below Lukas. If she didn't, move Lukas right three and up one and place Faye to his left. On the enemy phase, Alm will damage the Brigand Boss. The other enemies attack Alm, Kliff, Lukas, and maybe Faye. Kliff should hit level 3 at this point.
On turn 2, if Faye has 3 Speed, have Lukas kill the level 3 Brigand and have Faye finish off the level 1 Brigand that Lukas wounded - this will level her up again and allow her to promote. If she has her base 2, have Lukas injure the Brigand who attacked Faye and have Faye finish him to claim her level. Have Kliff wound the Brigand Boss. If you so desire, Gray and Tobin can take a swing at any nearby Brigands for some quick experience, although it is unlikely to make a difference. Finish the battle by having Alm kill the Brigand Boss.
