Massena (Japanese: マッセナ Massena) is a Rigelian commander appearing in Fire Emblem Gaiden and its remake, Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. He was very close to Rudolf. He appears as an NPC in Gaiden's final Act.

Role

Massena appears in Rigel Castle after Alm defeats Rudolf, informing Alm that the remaining soldiers are waiting to meet him.

Despite being a member of Rudolf's guard, he is never faced in combat.

Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia

Role

As in Gaiden, Massena appears in Rigel Castle after Alm defeats Rudolf, informing Alm that the remaining soldiers are waiting to meet him. He explains that Rudolf always loved Berkut, but was forced to keep him in the dark for the sake of his plan to save Valentia.

Personality and character

As with many characters in Gaiden, he has minimal dialogue, but Massena seems to be a loyal Rigelian knight.
