The Hades (Japanese: バデス Badess) is a class which is exclusive to Fire Emblem Gaiden. It is an enemy-only variation of the Gold Knight class, which starts to appear instead of normal Gold Knights from Act 4 onward. It shares all of its stats with the Gold Knight.
In the remake, Hades is now a character under the Gold Knight class.

Role
Hades appears in the final battle, defending Duma, like in Gaiden. He is just as mysterious as he was in Gaiden, as no one addresses him and he has no dialogue. It is possible he was sacrificed to Duma or underwent a related ritual and became some unknown parallel to a witch, as he expresses similar physical traits to witches, including a pale complexion and eyes with black sclera and white irises.

Trivia
- In Fire Emblem Gaiden, Hadeses are classified as Gold Knights, with Hades being the units' names. This trait is shared with the White Dragon, Lich, Deathgoyle, Entombed, Fiend, Aurum, Cerberus, and Naberius.
