Personality and character
Faye appears to have an attachment to Alm, and said attatchment is her primary motivator for joining him in his travels to meet up with the Deliverance leaders.
Faye makes a cameo appearance in the background of one of Alm's cards. This was also Faye's first appearance outside of trailers. Additionally, this card was revealed before non-trailer materials featuring her in Echoes: Shadows of Valentia appeared.

Faye
Presumably changed from Efi/Effie due to a character in the English release of Fire Emblem Fates having that name.
