The Speedwing or Speedwings (Japanese: はやての羽 Gale Feather) is a stat-boosting item which was introduced in Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade and appears in every game except one since (the exception being Echoes: Shadows of Valentia). It permanently boosts a user's speed stat when used. It replaced the Speed Ring, which performed the same function in Shadow Dragon & the Blade of Light and the SNES installments of the series.
