The Golden Apple (Japanese: 黄金のリンゴ Golden Apple) is a provision item that debuted in Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. The Golden Apple is a unique provision with advanced fatigue recovery effect, restoring 40 fatigue points to whomever consumes it, and also boosts the experience of that character by 100 points, typically enough to automatically gain one level.
It reappears in Three Houses with a completely different effect; in this game, it is a stat booster obtainable through gardening that increases the user's charm stat.
