Dazzling Staff (Japanese: 幻惑の杖 Bewitching Staff) is a three-tiered passive type B skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are Dazzling Staff 1, Dazzling Staff 2, and Dazzling Staff 3 in order from lowest to highest. Dazzling Staff prevents the foe from launching counterattacks; the HP required for this to take effect decreases with the skill's tier.
