Speed/Defense Bulwark

Speed/Defense Bulwark (Japanese: 速さ守備の防壁 Speed/Defense bulwark) is a three-tiered passive type B skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are Spd/Def Bulwark 1, Spd/Def Bulwark 2, and Spd/Def Bulwark 3 in order from lowest to highest. Spd/Def Bulwark stops enemy units from moving through spaces from which they could attack the user, and decreases a foe's speed and defense during combat and restores its user's HP afterward; the strength of the stat drops increases with the skill's tier.
