Chill Speed/Resistance

Chill Speed/Resistance (Japanese: 速さ魔防の封印 Speed/Resistance Seal) is a two-tiered passive type B skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are known as Chill Spd/Res 1 and Chill Spd/Res 2 in order from lowest to highest. Units with a Chill Spd/Res skill can, at the start of its user's turn, drop the Speed and Resistance of the member of the opposing team with the highest combined Speed and Resistance through its following action; the size of the both stat drops increase with the skill's tier.
