Soaring Wings (Japanese: 天かける翼 Wings in the sky) is a passive type B skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; Soaring Wings comes in only one tier. Soaring Wings neutralizes effects that alter its user's special skill cooldown, boosts their damage output based on both their foe's defense and their own maximum special cooldown count when triggering a special skill, and allows two spaces of movement after certain actions.

User can move to a space within 2 spaces of any ally within 2 spaces. If user's HP ≥ 25% at the start of combat, inflicts −(4 + number of spaces moved by unit that initiates combat; maximum: 8) each to foe's speed and defense during combat. |

Unit can move to a space within 2 spaces of any ally within 2 spaces. At start of combat, if unit's HP ≥ 25%, inflicts Spd/Def-X on foe during combat (X = 4 + number of spaces from start position to end position of whoever initiates combat; max 8). 【Canto (1)】 After an attack, Assist skill, or structure destruction, unit can move 1 space(s). (Unit moves according to movement type. Once per turn. Cannot attack or assist. Only highest value applied. Does not stack. After moving, if a skill that grants another action would be triggered (like with Galeforce), Canto will trigger after the granted action. Unit's base movement has no effect on movement granted. Cannot warp (using skills like Wings of Mercy) a distance greater than unit would be able to move with normal Canto movement.) |
