Wily Fighter

Wily Fighter (Japanese: 正面隊形・敵方 front formation · enemy) is a three-tiered passive type B skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are Wily Fighter 1, Wily Fighter 2, and Wily Fighter 3 in order from lowest to highest. Wily Fighter neutralizes any bonuses on a foe and guarantees its user a follow-up attack when its user is in a certain HP threshold and the foe initiates combat; it is currently unknown how the skill's tier affects the effect.
