Chill Attack/Resistance

Chill Attack/Resistance (Japanese: 攻撃魔防の封印 Attack/Resistance Seal) is a two-tiered passive type B skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are Chill Atk/Res 1, Chill Atk/Res 2, and Chill Atk/Res 3 in order from lowest to highest. At the start of its user's turn, Chill Atk/Res drops the attack and resistance of the enemy with the highest combined attack and resistance through their following action; the size of the stat drops increase with the skill's tier.
