Dazzling Shift (Japanese: 幻惑・転移 Bewitchment · movement) is a passive type B skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it comes in only one tier. Dazzling Shift can move adjacent to any nearby ally, and reduces the speed of a foe in combat and prevents them from counterattacking.
