Flow Refresh (Japanese: 怒涛・再起 Surging waves · recovery) is a four-tiered passive type B skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are Flow Refresh 1, Flow Refresh 2, Flow Refresh 3, and Flow Refresh 4 in order from lowest to highest. When its user initiates combat, Flow Refresh neutralizes effects that prevent its user from making follow-up attacks restores HP to the user after combat; higher tiers require less HP to activate and restore more HP, with the fourth tier additionally reducing the foe's speed, defense, and damage of their first attack.
