The Shamshir (Japanese: シャムシール Shamshir) is a sword-type weapon exclusive to Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones. It serves as the Magvel equivalent to the then-Elibe-specific Wo Dao—an alternative to the Killing Edge with a lower weapon level and an even higher critical rate, albeit with a restricted userbase. The Shamshir can only be used by Myrmidons, Swordmasters, Assassins, Eirika, melee Bonewalkers, and melee Wights.
