Monarch Blade

Monarch Blade (Japanese: 神竜王の剣 Divine dragon king's sword) is a weapon skill in the sword category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of Lumera. When its user's HP is not low, Monarch Blade boosts their stats, reduces the foe's special skill charge, boosts the user's damage based on their speed, and reduces the foe's damage based on both the user's and foe's speeds.
