Game(s)

Feather Sword is an offensive skill in the sword category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. It is a personal weapon of the young variation of Caeda. Feather Sword is a skill that deals bonus damage to an unusual array of attributes; the bonus damage targets users of sword, lance, axe, and colorless bow skills (excluding bow skills of other colors) as well as armored targets. Beyond this unusual bonus damage array, Feather Sword is a skill that boosts its user's Attack at all times, and allows its user to counterattack before the target's initial strike provided either the target is affected by the skill's bonus damage or the user has less than 75% of their health remaining.

Trivia

  • Feather Sword is the first weapon skill in Heroes dealing bonus damage to only certain colors of weapon skill types inheritable cross-color while excluding certain others in which the excluded colors were already part of Heroes at the time the weapon skill debuted (in this case, only colorless bows are targeted, while red bows, blue bows, and green bows are not targeted); the other examples of incomplete color coverage are anti-breath skills that debuted prior to the addition of colorless breath to the game.
