Rouse Attack/Speed
| ||||
|
Rouse Attack/Speed (Japanese: 攻撃速さの奮起 Attack/Speed Self-Rouse) is a four-tiered passive type C skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are Rouse Atk/Spd 1, Rouse Atk/Spd 2, Rouse Atk/Spd 3, and Rouse Atk/Spd 4 in order from lowest to highest. Rouse Atk/Spd boosts its user's Attack and Speed if they start their turn adjacent to no allies; the Attack and Speed boosts increase with the skill's tier up to tier three, with tier 4 adding an effect neutralizing any effect that would turn the user's bonuses into penalties for the turn.
